A studio that sells buildings, not renders
River Black started in 2009 as a group of freelance 3D artists and grew into a visualization studio working with developers, architects and agencies. In 2026 we added a second layer: campaign content built from the renders our clients already have.
Two things under one roof
The first is classic architectural visualization: exterior and interior renders, white clay, massing studies. It is modelled from drawings, art-directed on colour drafts and managed by one person from brief to final. Most of it is made under NDA, which is why the portfolio is anonymised.
The second is the campaign layer. A developer usually has three to five renders and a brochure. That is enough for lifestyle imagery, a virtual presenter, a story film and a season of posts. The architecture stays as rendered. The life around it is added, approved by the client before production and labelled as AI-generated on every asset.
We do not replace a 3D studio. We are one. We do what a studio usually does not have time or budget to do.

How we handle AI-generated content
Campaign content is generated from renders the client supplies and holds the rights to. Presenters are fully virtual characters, never based on a real person. Every delivered asset carries whatever AI label the client's team requires, and every demonstration image on this site is labelled. Full disclosure.
