Metro.ee: the starter pack on a live project
A developer ordered the starter pack for a residential project in sales. We took one exterior render and turned it into a season of lifestyle images and short clips for social.
The brief
The project was already in sales, with its renders done. The developer needed content for Instagram and paid social through the season, without a shoot or new 3D.
Delivered
- Lifestyle images in 4K, built from one exterior render
- Short clips of five to six seconds, in horizontal and vertical cuts
- One round of replacements, as in every package
The result
One render became the whole series on this page: ten images across four seasons and four clips. No shoot, no new 3D.
