Buyers open a link and walk through the apartment room by room, on a phone or a laptop. Every room is a full CGI panorama, so they can turn around and look at what a still render leaves out of frame.
A 360° virtual tour is a set of CGI panoramas, one for each room, linked into a walk-through that opens in any browser. We model the apartment from your drawings, render each room as a full sphere and publish the tour on a link you can send to buyers or embed on your website. A tour of one apartment takes two to three weeks.

Questions we get asked
What is a 360° virtual tour in real estate?
It is an interactive walk-through of a property. Each room is a panorama the viewer can turn in any direction, and the rooms are linked so the viewer moves through the apartment. For a building that is not finished, the panoramas are CGI.
What do you need to start?
Floor plans, the finish and material schedule, and furniture references if you have them. Photographs of the surroundings help with the views from the windows.
Can we put the tour on our own website?
Yes. The tour is a web page, so it can be linked or embedded in an iframe on any site. We send the embed code, and we can host the tour for you if your team would prefer that.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and desktops. Nobody has to install an app.
How many rooms can a tour cover?
As many as the apartment has. A typical tour has one panorama per room and one for the corridor, and a second layout can be added as a separate group.
Do you also deliver still renders?
Yes. The model built for the tour is the same one we use for still interior views, so stills for the brochure can be ordered with the tour.
