AI real estate marketing: how to turn one render into a full campaign
One render can become a full campaign because the architecture already exists in it. We keep the building exactly as rendered and generate the life around it: people, light, season, a presenter, a story. A pack of ten images takes two to three working days; a full campaign with video takes about a week.

Generated from a render
The problem is volume
A new development has no photos because it does not exist yet. The 3D studio delivers a handful of renders, each one expensive and slow, and they go into the brochure. Then the marketing team has to feed a website, two social channels and a paid campaign for the next eighteen months with the same five images.
A post lives a few days. An ad lives about two weeks before it stops working. Five renders do not cover that.
What is already in a render
A render is a finished piece of architecture: the facade, the proportions, the materials, the landscape, the light. That is the hard part, and it has already been paid for.
What a render lacks is the buyer. Nobody buys a facade. They buy a Saturday morning on that terrace, a child on that bike path, a dinner in that kitchen. Those scenes can be built around the existing architecture without touching it.
That is the whole method: the building stays as rendered, the life is added.
What one render becomes
Take a single exterior view of an office building in Zurich. From that one file we produced:
| Output | What it is | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Lifestyle images | Ten scenes: a team lunch on the terrace, an evening on the roof, people at the entrance | 2–3 working days |
| Seasonal pack | The same entrance in winter: a wreath, carolers, a snowman on the plaza | 2–3 working days |
| Presenter clip | A virtual presenter in front of the building, 60 seconds, three formats | 3–5 working days |
| Story film | Sixty to ninety seconds following one group of people through the project | 4–7 working days |
| Short cuts | Fifteen-second vertical cuts from the video and images | included |
The cover image of this article is one of those frames. The building is the client’s render; the people and the lunch are generated.
The four steps
- You send. The brochure and two or three renders. Nothing else is needed.
- We read. Your positioning, the key selling points, the target segment, the details that matter in the market you sell in.
- You approve. We write a shot list and, for video, a script. You approve the text before production. Text changes are free at this stage.
- You publish. Images in 4K, video in vertical, square and horizontal, all labelled as AI-generated.
The approval step is the control point. Generated content is hard to edit point by point, so the decisions are made before production, on paper. The whole order of work, with quality control, is on the process page.
What keeps a campaign consistent
Most AI images fail as a campaign, not as single frames. The people change from image to image, the light does not match, the style drifts. A campaign needs one cast, one style and one building.
We lock three things before the first image:
- The cast. The same residents or the same presenter across every image and every video of the programme.
- The style. Two or three reference images agreed with you. Camera, light and grade follow them.
- The source. Every scene starts from your render, so the facade in frame ten is the facade in frame one.
Where it stops
One source render gives ten to fifteen distinct scenes. Beyond that the angles repeat and the campaign starts to look like a loop. A bigger campaign needs more renders. We say this before the order.
On a live project for Metro.ee in Tallinn, one exterior render gave ten images across four seasons and four short clips.
Interiors that do not exist as renders cannot be invented from an exterior. If the brochure has a kitchen and a living room, those become scenes. If it does not, the campaign stays outside.
What to do with the result
The images and video are yours. A typical launch uses them like this: the story film on the landing page and YouTube, the presenter clips on Reels and TikTok, the lifestyle pack across the feed for the first two months, then a seasonal pack six to eight weeks before the next event in the calendar. Which video goes where is covered in real estate video marketing for developers.

Questions on this topic
Does the AI change the architecture?
No. The geometry, facade and materials come from the source render. What is generated is the life around it: people, weather, season, time of day.
How many images can one render give?
Ten to fifteen distinct scenes. After that the scenes start to repeat, so a bigger campaign needs more source renders.
What do we need to send?
Two or three renders in any resolution and the sales brochure. A mood board or a target segment helps but is not required.
