Two live programmes, two virtual presenters, an image series for each, and four early-stage renders brought up to photographic quality. Produced as the demo before a catalogue offer.
The brief
A property portal wanted to see what one sales brochure and a few renders become before offering the service to its developer clients. Two live programmes were chosen, one in the suburbs and one in Nantes.
Delivered
- A French-speaking virtual presenter for the first programme, 74 seconds, vertical
- A 30-second film and six vertical cuts for the second programme
- An image series for each programme, same residents throughout
- Four early-stage renders upgraded to photographic quality, source shown next to the result
- A labelling note for AI-generated content, in French
The result
The set became the reference for the portal's own offer to its developer clients.
